[orca-list] orca build requirements

HI All,

 

At the end of the output of ./autogen.sh, it shows what things got included  like brltty, libluis, etc etc.

 

This is an option at the bottom, gstreamer, and above all of that there is anote that sound support requires gstreamer-1.0.

 

What is this for?
